The proximity to the train station was convenient for travel, and the breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh pastries and even honeycomb. The room I stayed in felt a bit cramped, lacking adequate storage for personal items, made organizing my belongings a challenge.

My hotel room was fashionable and spotless with a balcony. The breakfast was satisfactory exactly as I hoped, with a special coffee and fresh pastry, for example.

Modern and pleasant hotel, I enjoyed good breakfast!
I got the double room, it was spotless and large. The view was great of a garden. The hotel was in a good and perfect location short walk to Florence airport, and all the main attractions in the Florence City Centre and surroundings. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar San Jacopino.

Mixed feelings about this
The staff were friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of tasty choices to fuel my adventures.
The noise from the nearby train station was bothersome at night, disrupting my sleep despite the room being clean.

we are a young couple from germany and we stayed at the an apartment which is a few meters away from the hotel building. However it was very nice and well decorated, clean with all sort of amenities. The location was also very nice. It was around 10 min walk from the main SMN station of florence. Also quite close to the city center which was our area of interest. The person at reception was very nice, speaks good english and is well aware of all the tourist sites. I recommend this hotel very much.... Its indeed a good value for money.

Overall quite nice. The Roulette Room / Studio is a tremendous value -- though they ask for extra for more than two people, it could easily accomodate 4 or so. It's got a private bath, even a little kitchen. A steal. Great location for backpackers too, brief walk from the train station.
They advertised and pre-sold wifi, but it was not available in the actual room, only in the check-in lobby. Minor annoyance for me, who knows for you.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of options, and the spacious triple room was perfect for our family. However, we did face some minor insect bites during the night.

It was super cool, I get only one night but I really love to stay more, I get a studio and was amazing, it was bigger than I thougth, everything was clean and w get more than we expected.
The ubication to get the studio was a little bit hard at the first time, but like the manager said: " it less complicated that it appears".

Its location 20 minutes walk away from the center and 5 from central station, there are avalaible many shops to make any kind of shopping going on,studios are large enough, well furnished, kitchnette is equipped with oven and microwave.Fresh linens and towels are allowed every 3 days without supplement, closely you can enjoy any sort of restaurant, cafes, pubs, even untill late, to socialise...
Full north like this, rooms are dark, shower tight and plastic curtain to grip you as glue while taking it one...i awoke after check out to be withdrawn twice on my bank account,i still expecting my money back, process is ongoing...

Breakfast was lovely with diverse selections, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy that allowed us to bring our small dog. Plus, the location was a bonus, with easy access to attractions like the Duomo, just a short walk away.
My kids wished for a quieter room, as the noise from nearby trams kept them awake.

We were booked appatraments Gemini, witch were situaded in other street.Apartments were large enough but moist and moldy. There was a strong smell of damp.
Gentlemen, be careful! This hotel - a sell! When we came to check-out to the door of the main building was closed, all sealed and hung announcement that the hotel is closed for renovation! At the reception, and anywhere else there was not anyone! The keys had to be left at the door! And then the hotel has decided to charge my card extra 150 euros! This is simply outrageous!

5mins walk from Firenze SMN station.....On the main road....Its not a hotel, but an apartment converted into a hotel....We are a family of 04 adults plus one child and we booked the Executive Suite. The first look from outside as we were outside our room, we were wondering as if we have taken a right choice....like a proper proper apartment....But as we entered our Suite......it was really great, the room was huge with one Double bed and three single beds, it had proper kichenette with all the necessary cultleries, a microwave, gas, coffe maker....name it and you had it. Also a separate bedroom with attached bathroom, so we had a blast... as we cooked food by ourselves and we managed 03 meals on our own....Overall a great stay....It had 2 T.V, Music player, a Balcony, Dining Table....Good for families.
Breakfast was very limited, but since i stayed one night i had no much issue. As i said, it is not a hotel, but an apartment converted into hotel...So you will not feel as u stayed in any hotel...It really doesnt matter as far as our room (executive suite) which we stayed was amazing.
